Yes, POSH Act, 2013 is applicable to every workplace, irrespective of number of employees. Complaint can be filed with the Local Committee by any employee of the organization where number of employees are below 10
In such a case, the Presiding Officer can be nominated from other offices or administrative units of your workplace. Further, in case other offices or administrative units of your workplace do not have a senior level woman employee, the Presiding Officer can be nominated from any other workplace of the same employer or other department or organisation.
